Returns / Refunds
This policy applies to all take-out and delivery orders only, including third-party delivery orders.
I. Incorrect Food Order
If you receive an order that is different from what is reflected on your receipt, kindly notify us as soon as you notice the error and we will deliver the correct food item. For cash payments, you will be requested to pay the difference of the balance if the correct order has a higher value than the incorrectly delivered food.
For credit card payments, you will be refunded the amount associated with the error and charged for the new items price.
Please return the food in its original packaging.
II. Incomplete Food Order
If in case you do not receive the food that is reflected on your receipt, kindly notify us as soon as you notice the error. Should you wish to cancel your original order, kindly notify us and we will refund the amount you previously paid.
III. Food Dissatisfaction
If in case receive an unsatisfactory order caused by an object, kindly notify us as soon as possible so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare another set of your order. If you do not wish to receive a new set of order, kindly notify us and we will refund the amount you previously paid.
IV. Cancelled Order
Should you wish to cancel your order, we cannot provide any refund once the item has already been prepared.
V. Cancelled Order by Third-Party Delivery
If our third-party delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your destination, you might not be eligible for a refund.
